Yardworks Construction Company Limited marked an important milestone in the development of “The Haven,” a housing project under Jamaica’s New Social Housing Programme (NSHP), with the official signing of the construction contract at the Hanover Street project site in Central Kingston.
The signing was witnessed by Prime Minister, Dr. the Most Hon. Andrew Holness, and Member of Parliament for Kingston Central, Donovan Williams. Signing the agreement were Judith Robb Walters, Chair of the NSHP Oversight Committee; Arlene Williams, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation; Kamal Shand, Managing Director of Yardworks Construction Company Limited; and Richard Cargill, Senior Director in the Ministry.
The occasion reflects Yardworks’ role in supporting meaningful development and delivering projects that contribute to stronger communities across Jamaica.
